Terms & Conditions

All bookings made at Althea Boutique Hotel are subject to these terms and conditions.
You are kindly asked to take a moment to read them carefully prior to your booking.
By completing a reservation, you declare that you have read and accepted the below policies.

Check-In Policy

Check-In time: 15:00
Check-Out time: 11:00

Payment Policy

  • In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required (please note that the sender bears any transfer fees).
  • The remaining amount should be settled upon check-in.
  • A valid credit card is required upon check-in, along with a valid form of identification (ID, Passport, or Driving Licence).

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, no charge is made and the deposit is refunded (the hotel is not liable for transaction or commission fees).
  • For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival, no charge is made but the deposit is not refunded.
  • For cancellations made less than 13 days before arrival, or in case of no-show or early departure, a 100% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Personal Items

Guests are responsible throughout their stay for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables.
The hotel accepts no liability for any loss, destruction, or damage.
It is highly recommended that guests use the safe provided in the room to secure valuables upon arrival.
