Payment Policy<\/h2>\n

  • In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 30%<\/strong> of the total cost is required (please note that the sender bears any transfer fees).<\/li>\n
  • The remaining amount should be settled upon check-in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • A valid credit card<\/strong> is required upon check-in, along with a valid form of identification<\/strong> (ID, Passport, or Driving Licence).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

    <\/p>\n

    • For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival<\/strong>, no charge is made and the deposit is refunded (the hotel is not liable for transaction or commission fees).<\/li>\n
    • For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival<\/strong>, no charge is made but the deposit is not refunded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • For cancellations made less than 13 days before arrival<\/strong>, or in case of no-show<\/em> or early departure, a 100% cancellation fee<\/strong> of the total cost will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
