POLICIES – ALTHEA

All bookings made on Althea are subject to these terms and conditions. You are kindly asked to take a moment to read them carefully prior to your booking. By completing a reservation, you declare that you have read and accepted the below policies.

CHECK-IN POLICY

  • Check-In time:    15:00
  • Check-Out time: 11:00 (Covid-19 measure)

PAYMENT POLICY

  • In order to guarantee the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required (please note that the sender bears any transfer fees).
  • The remaining amount should be settled upon check-in.
  • A valid credit card is required upon check in along with a valid form of identification (ID, Passport, Driving Licence).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For cancellations up to 31 days before the arrival date, no charge is made and the deposit that was received is refunded (in this case, the hotel is not liable for transaction or commission fees).
  • For cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival date, no charge is made but the deposit is not refunded.
  • For cancellations less than 13 days before arrival or in case of non-show or early departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.

PETS POLICY

  • Pets are not allowed.

SMOKING POLICY

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the rooms.

PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Guests are responsible throughout their stay at the hotel for the safekeeping of their personal and/ or valuables, money, etc. Althea shall accept no liability for loss, destruction or damage. It is highly recommended that upon arrival, guests lock up their valuables in the safe available at Althea Suites.
